I especially love this one as a side dish or on its own. Chopped up fresh cucumber, tomato, avocado, red onion and basil, drizzled with homemade tangy hemp seed dressing, is so refreshing on a hot day.

Sprinkle with Hemp Seeds and add your favorite olives or even a vegan cheese!

Recipe for 2-3 servings:

  • 4-5 avocados
  • 2 x tomatoes
  • 1 x medium purple onion

Chop up all ingredients and mix together with dressing in a bowl. Add fresh basil pieces and serve!
