This one was originally created for a filling for our macaroons, however the mix was a little too thin.  So we decided to add soaked Chia Seeds and make it into a really tasty pudding or freeze it for a nice frozen treat.

Preparation:

Blend all the ingredients in a food processor and put into the freezer for 10-15 minutes to solidify. Makes a lovely pudding or a great filling for the meringues!

Recipe:

½ cup frozen raspberries

½ tsp matcha

100 ml coconut milk

2 tbsp soaked chia

2 tbsp hemp seeds

1 tbsp hemp oil

2 tbsp sweetener
