If you like custard, this is a really nice warm and spicy pudding, with the extra goodness of pumpkin and hemp.  Also works great as a pie filling!


Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In a bowl whisk the eggs and add the pumpkin.  Add the rest of the the ingredients and whisk together until the mixture is fully blended.  Pour into a baking dish and put dish in a roasting pan then add boiling water ½ way up the pan and bake for an hour.


1 can pumpkin puree

1 cup of hemp creamer

½ cup maple syrup

4 beaten eggs

Add spices if you desire-nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, cardamon
