Ok. If you are not a big fan of chickpeas like me, you will love this one. Seriously tasty and very filling, it goes great with chips, sliced cucumber, or even as a sandwich spread!

Recipe:

  • 1 cooked yam-skin on or off
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 2-3 tbsp hemp seed oil
  • 1/4 parsley (if desired)
  • Dash of turmeric
  • salt and pepper to taste!

Pulse until blended to desired consistency
