One of the best things about making your own food at home for you and your family, is
not only do you get to control the ingredients, but you also get to imbue it with your loving energy too. 😉
This dressing is so versatile that you can use it on any salad, as a dip, a spread or even a
Marinade! I love to use it as a curing sauce for purple cabbage or kale. Quick and easy, blend and use on your favorite recipe.
½ cup Omega Hemp seed oil
2 tbsp Omega Hemp Seeds
½ cup Balsamic Vinaigrette
2 tbs Maple Syrup
2 tbs Dijon mustard
4 cloves of garlic
salt and pepper to taste
Blend until a smooth consistency.
Simply spoon on the desired amount of the dressing, squeeze in a lemon wedge and massage the dressing into the salad with your hands.
Chill for ½ hour to an hour before serving.
Sprinkle on some Hemp Seeds as a garnish for extra protein and nutrients.
Serve and Enjoy!
Another one of my favorite things to do with this purple cabbage salad recipe is to make it into my yummy Nori Rolls Ups! So delicious and nutritious!
Nori Rolls Ups:
1 cup of cooked Quinoa
¼ cup black sesame seeds
1 tbsp Dulse flakes
½ cup steamed frozen or fresh peas
Simply stir together the below ingredients and spoon onto Nori Rolls, roll and serve!
