This one is my go to healthy comfort food. It’s one of my all time favorite recipes to make for breakfast or for a nice sweet treat and its high in protein and big on taste! Whenever someone tries this one, they are blown away at how good it tastes and how filling it is. One recipe makes 4 crepes.

 I have to say, the pan really makes all the difference. I just happen to have a really good ceramic crepe pan. However, if you don’t have a crepe pan, you can always just scramble them and make some chocolate scrambled eggs!

You can even substitute the eggs for a mashed banana.

Serve with sautéed apples and cinnamon and a glass of warm Golden Hemp Milk!

Whisk the eggs, then add the Homemade Hemp milk and maple syrup whisk all together. Add the Hemp protein powder a little at a time and whisk until fully blended.

Pour 1/3 of the batter into a non stick, well oiled pan and completely cover the pan. Cook on medium heat for about 2 min until the top is cooked, remove from heat and gently put onto the plate.

Fill with sautéed apple mix, drizzle on hemp seed oil and dollop with Almond Kefir.

Serve with a glass of homemade hemp milk!


  • 2 chopped and cored sautéed apples with 1/2 tsp cinnamon and cloves
  • 2 tbs maple syrup

Sautee in pan with 1 tbs of coconut oil.
