Wow! This delicious creamy topping goes great on any dessert.  If you are looking for a healthy alternative to dairy and want to get some extra protein and good fats to take away some of the guilt to your favorite pleasure, this one will blow you away.  I like to let it sit in the fridge for at least a few hours before serving.  Enjoy!

Preparation:

In a blender or magic bullet add hemp seeds and water and blend until creamy.  Add coconut meat, vanilla  and sweetener and blend until smooth.  Refrigerate for at least an hour before using.

Recipe:

¾ cup water or coconut water

½ cup hemp seeds

1 cup coconut meat

1 tbsp maple syrup

1 tbsp vanilla
