These healthy high protein granola bars are perfect for a snack or a pre/post workout!  Throw them in your bag when you go for a hike.

Preparation:

Line an 8 inch square pan with parchment paper. Mix the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.  Add in the rest of the ingredients and stir well to combine. Add 1 tbsp of hemp milk if it’s too dry. Press into a pan and pop into the freezer for 10 minutes. Slice into bars.

Recipe:

1 ¼  cup quick oats blended into a flour (gluten free is best)

⅛ tsp salt

½ cup hemp protein

½ cup rice cereal

½ cup hemp seed butter

½ cup maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla

3 tbsp dark chocolate chunks

½ tbsp coconut oil
