Move over Nutella! This chocolate-hemp bliss spread is just as tasty, yet way more healthy! It won’t last long as it can take anything from waffles, cookies, banana bread or even cut up fruit, to the next level!  High in protein, good fats, fiber and full of chocolatey goodness, I usually double this one up.

Preparation:

Add all ingredients into a magic bullet and pulse until smooth. If it’s too dry add a bit more pumpkin or maple syrup.

Recipe:

¼  cup hemp seeds

2  tbsp hemp oil

3  tbsp maple syrup

3  tsp raw cacao powder

¼ tsp salt

4 tbsp pumpkin

2 tsp coconut oil

2 tbsp chocolate hemp protein powder
