Recipe for 6 cookies:

  • 1 mashed ripened banana
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds
  • 1/3 cup quinoa flakes(or oats )
  • 1/2 tsp cinn
  • Stir together and dollop on cookie sheet
  • Bake for 13 min on 350 degrees
