Simple is always best. I call this one the KISS. The “keep it simple smoothie”.

Sometimes we don’t have the time to go through the fridge and make something

fast, but we still want a high energy food when our body needs energy right now!

It doesn’t get any easier than this! 24 seconds is all it takes to make this smoothie, that has all you need to get you fueled up for the next few hours. By the time you read this paragraph you could have made two shakes by now, so get going!

Recipe:

In a shaker cup or jar, add 1 cup homemade hemp milk and 2 tbs Hemp Protein and 1 tbs raw cacao powder. Add ice if desired. Shake and Serve. Sweeten to taste if desired.
