You could pour this one into a bowl and toss in some hemp seeds, some chopped up bell peppers, cucumber and even throw in some fresh dill. Voila! So delicious and nutritious.
You’ve got yourself a cooling, alkalizing, healing, happy soup or shake…your choice! πŸ™‚

Enjoy.

● 1 avocado
● 1 cup fresh spinach
● Β½ cucumber
● Β½ cup fresh parsley
● Β½ bell pepper
● Β½ lemon juiced
● 2 tbsp plain hemp protein
● 2 tbsp hemp seeds
● 1 tbsp hemp seed oil
● Β½ cup veggie stock or filtered water
● 1 clove of garlic if desired
● Β½ tsp turmeric, paprika, cumin
● salt and pepper to taste
● braggs liquid aminos to taste

Blend until smooth and enjoy any time of the day.

So refreshing and alkalizing!
