● 1 mashed ripened banana
● 1/4 cup walnuts
● 1/4 cup hemp seeds
● 1/3 cup quinoa flakes(or oats )
● 1/2 tsp cinn
● Stir together and dollop on cookie sheet
● Bake for 13 min on 350 degrees
