Thick, rich and super satisfying, this one is creamy and dreamy! I’ve added dill before and it’s a fantastic dressing for a potato salad. I also love using this one as a dip for fresh cut up veggies.

Recipe:

  • 2 tbs hemp seeds
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tbs engevita yeast
  • 2 tbs almond kefir
  • 1 tbs hemp oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • dash of cayenne
  • salt and pepper to taste

Blend and spoon over salad or use as a sauce or spread!

Mix together and add onto your salad, try sprinkling on 2 tbs hemp seeds and black sesame seeds for a garnish!
