1 can organic navy beans (or dried beans soaked for 12 hours)
1/2 cup parsley or Cilantro
3-4 cloves of garlic
1/2 a lemon juice
4 tbs hemp seeds
4 tbs hemp seed oil
1/2 tsp ea. paprika, pepper, salt
Cayenne to taste

Pulse in blender till desired consistency.
Enjoy as a dip, sandwich spread, or an addition to soups or sauces!
